Q: What is PDR (paint-less dent repair)?
A: It is a method of removing minor dents from vehicles that does not require paint and body fillers, like a traditional body shop.

Q: What type of dents can be fixed with PDR?
A: PDR can fix door dings, shopping cart dents, minor hail damage and other minor dents.

Q: What type of dents cannot be fixed with PDR?
A: Collision dents, sharp creases, dents with sharp impact points and dents with paint damage are best repaired at a conventional body shop.

Q: Do you fix bumpers?
A: No. Most bumpers are plastic and need conventional repair. For those vehicles with metal bumpers, it is too thick for this type of repair.

Q: Do you repair scratches, windshields, stone chips, etc.?
A: No, we just repair dents.

Q: Can you fix dents in appliances?
A: No, we can only fix dents in automobiles.

Q: How long does it take to repair a dent?
A: Most minor dents take less than an hour. Vehicles with hail damage will take much longer.

Q: Where is your shop?
A:  This is a mobile service. Call to make an appointment and we will come to you.

Q:  What areas do you cover?
A: We cover the entire Hampton Roads area. This includes the Peninsula, the Southside, Isle of Wight and Gloucester.
